There are plenty of gun control laws in America, but the President isn't enforcing them. Maybe that's because the illegal guns are used by blacks to kill blacks.
After the mass shooting at a community college in Oregon, President Barack Obama once again took the opportunity to lecture us Americans with righteous indignation about guns in America.
“Somehow this has become routine. The reporting is routine. My response here at this podium ends up being routine. The conversation in the aftermath of it. We’ve become numb to this.”
Chris Harper Mercer, a 26-year old white man, killed 10 people and wounded at least seven others at Umpqua Community College. Police killed Mercer in a standoff. Obama reacted.
Now, anytime a deranged gunman kills innocent people it is a tragedy. Period. But what has truly become “routine” is Obama expressing outrage when young white men kill but ignoring the number of blacks killing each other and others daily in cities across America. Here are just some examples from this summer in the nation’s capital - Obama’s own backyard.
On Georgia Avenue, a main route through DC, a black gunman executed a man, standing over the victim and shooting him three times. In May, a stray bullet killed a young black reporter, Tamara Gliss. Meanwhile Matthew C Shlonsky, a 23 year-old graduate of American University, was killed by gunfire getting out of a cab in DC....(continued)

Just looking at the photo, rather than "black", I'd speculate based on his complexion that his mother was a light-skinned black person and about 1/4 African, i.e. "quadroon" (cuarteron in Spanish). That would have given her relatively higher status in 1920's American "colored" society than a black woman would have enjoyed, but she'd still have been "black" under the "one drop rule" used by the Klan and many other governmental bodies and NGO's (on the Census she'd have been "black" or "colored").
Her son, being half white, would be 1/8th African (if my guess is right) and therefore "octoroon" (ochavado or quinteron in Spanish). Now, if she were instead 1/8th black herself, then he might instead be what was called "statutory white" in Jamaica and requinteron in the Spanish-speaking world, and would have "passed" the color bar. A social asterisk would follow him and his descent around for as long as human memory availed, but legally he'd be white. In Jamaica. Here, no such luck, courtesy of the "one drop".
Just commenting -- it's an interesting subject, especially since our liberal enemies seem determined to avoid it.

If you watch Hollywood and TV, you get the phony impression that white guys are blowing away black teens left and right. The reverse is true. Since 1866, a total of about 4700 blacks were lynched, all told (totals run up by the NAACP back in the day). But since 1985, young black men have been murdering about 6000 non-blacks per year, so, what's that add up to, Cornel?* About 180,000 white people "done" by your precious homies?
