Conservative Republican Donald Trump is leading in all the polls by historic margins. Trump, who is a Presbyterian, recently held a meeting with 40 religious leaders at his Trump Towers office. Christian Pastor David Jeremiah along with television evangelist Jan Crouch, Pastor Darrell Scott, and Jews for Jesus Rabbi Kirt Schneider.
While candidates have been open about sharing their faith in recent decades, true Christians act as Christians at all times… even when no one is watching. The two and a half hour meeting about faith was constructive, and all reports are that Trump asked the Lord for wisdom and knowledge during his campaign. They all prayed for God’s protection over America, as our country faces serious risks from the rise of Islamic terrorism and the rebirth of a Cold War-style Russia.

That seems to be modus operandi of The Lord, just when things are about to go over the cliff, he sends forth a miracle. Trump is that miracle. Think about it: If Trump didn’t exist, it really wouldn’t matter who won the election because you know damn well ALL of these candidates would sell out the country at the drop of a hat with maybe the exception of Cruz. But Cruz would never win by himself, there’s no way. So this country would probably be gone after the next election. But here comes this billionaire who incredibly, impossibly says to himself “You know what? I’m going to let everything I worked for in the past 40 years drop by the wayside so I can get a job that pays nothing and puts incredible pressure on myself and my family, that opens me up to daily insults, daily threats. The guy is a miracle in my opinion and he IS going to win. This is truly one nation under God and it’s amazing how His miracles always pop up to save it.
Let us all continue to pray for our country and beseech God to Bless our nation with a strong Christian leader

Was it Dr. Jeremiah who briefly spoke something not in English? Whoever it was, was the language Hebrew, Aramaic, speaking in tongues, or what?

(I say Bapist only because you couldn't throw a rock at a dog without hitting some flavor of Baptist congregation. There were 5 Baptist churches in our town of 400, plus the Kingdom Hall...)
I have a feeling Melania Trump is religious and exerts a good influence on The Donald in this way.

Maybe; I don’t know her at all, so I cannot comment on her Christian influence.
However, I do believe Ted Cruz has been a very big influence on Trump, as far as helping him to understand that the Christians in this country are being maligned (and killed) on a daily basis.
Actually.... I did look up more about Melania Trump and could find nothing on the internet about her being religious one way or another. She is from Slovenia and the Slovenes are Catholic according to Wikipedia. So that’s what she must be. I thought she might be Eastern Orthodox of some kind
Hopefully Ted Cruz told the Donald. Made him more lots more aware of the dire straits Christians are in, in the Middle East. Be they Catholic Arabs or Eastern Churches.
Just for pure politics it is smart for Trump to come out against this great persecution of Christians. What a contrast to the Muslim lovers in the White House and their evil State Department. When has Jeb and the others ever said anything about this? Perhaps Ben Carson. Ted Cruz of course!!
