Wanna curb violence in our colleges and theaters?
End this gun free zone nonsense.

Guns are at fault. Not an incompetent cowardly liberal bureaucrat.

Umpqua Community College Considered Armed Guard, Dismissed Idea
The Oregon college where at least 10 people were killed in a shooting rampage Thursday had in recent months considered hiring an armed security guard but ultimately decided against the proposal, the retired president said.
“We talked about that over the last year because we were concerned about safety on campus,” Joe Olson, who retired as president of Umpqua Community College at the end of June, told The New York Times.

No one seems to have noticed how many of these shootings occur in gun free zones — schools, shopping malls, movie theaters. Even Ft. Hood was unarmed.
It’s insane.

Unarmed, in this day and age? They may as well be Mall Cops or British Bobbies. Come on ‘Boy, you’ve got to carry that weight, carry that weight for a long life.”

There was an ex Airman who was two hundred feet from the Shooter and armed at the VA building and other veterans wanted to go after the Shooter but they were told not to leave.
I am sure he will be expelled for carrying a gun.

“...UNARMED SECURITY GUARDS”.
Translation: No guards whatsoever, and an INVITATIONAL to open season on students, for hunters.
If it weren’t so galactically stupid, and TRAGIC, it would be laughable!
Parents are as much to blame for what they are willing to tolerate as anyone involved directly, in order to go along to get along, avoid conflict, and take the easiest way out in raising kids.
Parenting can’t always be based on what’s most convenient and easy on the parent, in every case, all the time. Parents should be up in arms about this.
Er, “arms” might alarm these parents in Leftist states.

Remeber this photo from the Chattanooga Recruiting Center shootout?
Thank God those Marines ignored it.

It wouldn’t matter if they were armed or not. The current staged shooting event squad would just move on to a university where they don’t have armed security then start their manipulation process all over again.

If you go into a gun-free zone on your own free will, you are only asking for trouble.
Obviously the liberal shooters and the liberals who create gun-free zones deserve the death penalty, but I’m finding that I have less sympathy for people who tolerate the existence of gun free zones and wander in to them anyways. Ignorance is no excuse.

Oh they notice. They just do not say anything because that does not fit the desired narrative.
It is similar with race and religious inclinations of some of the perps.
Yesterday, one Lib was doing commentary on one of the Oregon TV stations. He basically said the shooter would be shown to be white, because such shootings are typically by whites. It was not until late yesterday that officials released the name and photo of the actual perp.
CNN has been all gun-control agenda since yesterday. They parrot the same old tired disproved talkingpoints that fit the anti-gun narrative.

And further, I’ll bet that in the future, these mass murderers will “look up” the unarmed “guard” first and take him out so they won’t be bothers by his calling for help.
