MOSCOW -- Russian jets carried out a second day of strikes in Syria Thursday, as a senior U.S. politician and activists claimed the targets included rebels backed by the United States.

"I can absolutely confirm to you that they were strikes against our Free Syrian Army recruits that have been armed and trained by the CIA, because we have communications with people there," Republican Sen. John McCain, who is head of the Senate Armed Services Committee, said in an interview with CNN, according to the Reuters news agency.

I said at the time it was a mistake to send U.S. arms and aid to Afghanistan muslims. And we would regret it later.Reagan made mistakes in the Middle East.

fine with me, the rebels should never been armed with US weapons anyway. They only are because of Obama and bunch of liberal republicans that went along with him.

What was mostly humorous about this was that Obie-Wan-A Legacy and his administration were acting like this will stop ISIS, and that we can De-Conflict, and that having white-racist-homophobic-hegemonic America step down from the world scene will make the world community come together peaceably - now sees why the scorpion stung the frog - “Because I am a scorpion!” You cannot reason with a scorpion, and you certainly cannot invite it into your bed, and then hope for the best. Putin used him like a rubber.

Clinton/Kerry was a disaster in the 90’s and allowed Bin Laden to live and thrive. Now Obama/Kerry are really doing the same thing. Hillary, was a no-show, no-effect, traveling humanoid that did in fact produce far too much CO2 for absolutely nothing beneficial to global peace, or American interests.

They are like college freshman, actually believing that the ultra-left political science professors have a correct bead on history. But Hill and Obie listened, and created an uglier and more dangerous world. We will all suffer for it. You will see Iranian plutonium in America in your lifetime!

The Russians are bombing the terrorists.
Good for them.
Just because obama likes them and McCain is clueless does not make them allies on the side of good.

And just how reliable are McCain's sources in Syria and just how reliable is McCain? What a mess. The report might or might not be true, but with so many factions in that areas with so many different agendas, it's anyone's guess.

Just for shits and giggles, Putin should give a briefing on the day's objectives and future strike operations and call out the Russian/Iranian/Chinese/Assad organization as:

Ground Operations Group (GOG), and the Navy/Marine detachment at Tartus and Latakia as:Marine Assault General Operations Group (MAGOG).

Watch heads explode......or the world.

Of course Russia is bombing the rebels and anyone else including ISIS to protect Assad. And ISIS is killing the rebels as well. Everyone is killing Christians except Assad. So Obama is having his a$$ handed to him and caught with his pants down because he left a vacuum for Russia to exploit since Obama is not really going after ISIS because Obama created ISIS and controls nothing and creates chaos the same way he and Hillary did in Libya. Stupid people elect a stupid president who appoint stupid leaders and military generals and pentagon and on and on supported by an even stupider press and stupid things happen. That is exactly how world wars begin and end. Not enough smart people doing enough to stop these stupid people and in the end it will all end badly.
