Fiorina: Us Should Secure No-fly Zone Around US Backed Anti-assad Rebels, ‘Be Prepared’ To Use Force
Breitbart ^ | 9/30/15 | IAN HANCHETT

Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina argued the US should “secure a no-fly zone around anti-Assad rebel forces that we’re supporting” and “be prepared” to use force against Russia if need be on Wednesday’s “Hannity” on the Fox News Channel.

Fiorina said, Well, first, we know what’s going on. Syria and Russia, who have had a longstanding relationship, Iran, and Iraq, are forming an unholy alliance. Russia’s intentions are to shore up, and stabilize the Assad regime. ISIS is sort of a camouflage. There is no doubt, that Russia will be conducting airstrikes against anti-Assad rebels, whether or not they happen to strike a few ISIS folks as well is, I don’t know, to be determined. Here’s what we need to do immediately, I believe. First, not only can we not withdraw our air support, but I believe we must tell the Russians that we will conduct — we will secure a no-fly zone around anti-Assad rebel forces that we’re supporting. This is a tricky maneuver, it’s a dangerous maneuver, but it’s a maneuver that we must undertake, because we must make it crystal clear to Russia that they do not get to move into the Middle East, and become the dominant outside power, which is clearly their intention.”

When asked if these means the US might use force against Russian aircraft, Fiorina answered, “Well, hopefully not. hopefully, if we are signaling clearly to the Russians our intention, it will not come to that. But if it does come to that, I think we must be prepared.

What a major retard...

Sure lets fight WW3 over the remains of Syria.

This policy is also going to help ISIS take over Syria, with our help.

Carly if you really want to help just go stand in the middle of the Syrian sandbox, you are bound to run some people off with that face of yours

So Carly’s is prepared to send U.S. warplanes into dogfights with the Russians, and with the new Russian air defenses backing their Sukhois?

McCain is really, really bent on saving that moderate cannibal terrorist friend of his, who ate a human heart. Remember that guy?

The U.S. Could take their air defense down pretty easily but it’s not worth the risk of a nuclear war over its jihadis ffs

“WHY is it so important we take out Assad, to the point we risk another global war? Has anyone explained that?”

Good question.

And that question should go out to Songbird McCain, since he’s been salivating for a major conflict in Syria for some time now.

And wound up with 8 soldiers at a cost of $500,000.

The American-trained rebels cost closer to $4 million. Each!

Unbelievable I know. I guess the 'training' is just a front for sending arms, equipment, military vehicles, salaries and healthcare (for all I know) to ISIS.

There’s so much disinformation out there, and there are so many varied opinions here on FR I really do not know who the good guys are. For sure ISIS are the bad guys, anyone going around lopping heads off, burning people alive or killing them just for religious beliefs must be stopped.

But is Russia wrong? Do they have ulterior motives? Was the Syrian regime all that evil they had to be taken down? Is the US there in our best interests? Is Trump right, just let the Ruskies take out ISIS?

So Russia starts by bombing the Syrian freedom fighters or whatever the rebels are called, when they said they were going after ISIS, is that wrong? Syria is their ally, and for the Russian bases to be secure, they must secure Syria as well, then take out ISIS? Right?

Out of this entire propagandized mess, I only know two things for sure, ISIS must be destroyed, and I will take in one Syrian refugee, her name is Asma al Assad.

What?
Really?
What?

They are willing to start WWIII in order to keep Syria unstable. That is a shocking level of stupidity, and it lowers my already marginal opinion of Carly, of Jeb, and of the others who are this reckless.

You don't show strength by threatening war over stupid stuff. You show strength by drawing a clear line to protect national interests, and only to protect national interests, and then enforcing the line that was drawn.

>>This lady is nuts. She’s been spending too much time with McCain<<

Well, it would certainly be a dandy idea...that is if we want a war with Russia.

What in hades is she thinking? Obozo had the chance to be a leader. He had the opportunity to take the reins and flubbed it.

Now the Russians have moved in full force...I say, get the hell out of the way and let’em clean up that mess.

I say, ask the Israelis if they would like the U.S. Navy to park a carrier battle group off it’s coast to ensure their safety.
