In lieu of a government shutdown to defund Obamacare, Planned Parenthood, or the disastrous Iran deal, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is opting to shutdown Ted Cruz.
Case in point, the latest Politico article in which the Leader takes credit for muscling his entire operation--enlisting scores of aides and fellow senators---to “quietly and methodically... quarantine” the senator from Texas. McConnell’s cheerleaders will tell you it’s good politics. Well, how is that working out for them? Let’s take a look. 72 percent of Republican primary voters are dissatisfied with “Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell's ability to achieve GOP goals” according to a new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll. Meanwhile, Cruz is posting impressive fundraising numbers, whipping presidential candidates aligned with McConnell, rolling out endorsements, and winning straw poll after straw poll.
Now answer me this. Could Mitch McConnell win any poll among GOP primary voters today? Not even if he was pitted up against a bowl of soup.

Unfortunately for Mitch, Cruz is from Texas, so he's there for a while, unless he becomes president, both a nightmare for McConnell and his ilk.

How do you take out Mitch? Easy. You take out his RINO butt sniffers in the Senate up for Re-election in 16. And you let the RINO Establishment this WILL happen unless McConnell goes to regular Order and stops the voice votes in the Senate. If he doesn’t, you throw every bum that hangs with him out.

Go right to the source. Call McConnell, Ayotte, Cornyn, McLoser etc. Call their offices and let them know that even if they aren’t up for re-election, control of the Senate is on the line. They will lose their Chairmanships etc.
If the establishment republicans treated democrats the way they treat conservatives Barack Obama would never have been elected.
He’s going to be reminded how much it sucks to be in the minority during the next legislative session in 2017-2019.

What a nice compliment to Senator Cruz! It is a good thing to define your enemies well, and to be known, far and wide, by who your enemies are?
Senator Cruz is at the head of the class again, in exposing and challenging the mafia and their underlings and fellow players, in the senate.
Who would give Senator Cruz anything short of an “A” for patriotism in the US senate. He deserves a patriot’s reward.

She beat out the real conservative (not that I remember his name) last election...with support from fellow genetalian Laura Inghram. (Ingrahm..whetever.) That guy should’ve been hanging from the rafters doing upside-down sit-ups like Mr T in Rocky 3, watching them all with the eye of the tiger.
