Reagan got the support of union members who voted to support him. This is union leadership looking for a deal behind closed doors.
And? Of course they want deals, but that doesn't mean they will get them - unless boosting the economy and generating more jobs is now considered "cozying up to the unions behind closed doors".
Other people's motives doesn't always equate to what will actually happen.<
If we want Cruz to stay viable and grow stronger, we have to actively support him instead of doing all the useless "what ifs" about others...
Now for a short public service announcement:
GO CRUZ!! Keep it up Trump!!
Betrayal is betrayal no matter how much paint you try to slap on it.
And prophesy of betrayal that hasn't happened is just _______________________ (fill in the blank).
Perhaps Mark Twain could come in handy - he once said that worry is like making advance payment on something you're not likely to get anyway.
Of course, we do have a lot of folks who are oh-so-worried about Trump but who would rather rail on about him rather than actually open their wallets to Cruz --- or to FR.
They want to be relevant without doing anything relevant...
Now for a short public service announcement:
GO CRUZ!! Keep it up Trump!!
I believe they endorsed Reagan back in the day.
Unions hate the trade deals, and are not all that happy with the Democrat Party under Obama. Card Check was a must-have on their survival to-do list, and he casually tossed them under the bus on that.
Not saying that Trump would do card check, but the revenge motive to stick it to the Dems is strong with some of these unions.
Has anybody pinned Trump down on his labor policies? Will he undo Bacon-Davis? Will he close down the NLRB? Just how pro-union is the Donald?
