Not too far off, as the Word of God is how the Holy Spirit reveals truth to us...I wonder if Colbert is willing to acknowledge that verity.
I don’t know what anyone sees in the pretend comedian Colbert.
Is this for real? But he belongs to the party of gay marriage and abortion. I’m Catholic and could never be a democrat because of these and many other reasons.
With Colbert, I never know if any opinion he expresses is something he believes in reality, or something he presumes one of his many ‘Masks’, or personas would say. If the later, I always wonder what desired effect he expects or hopes to produce. I do believe he is devoted to his family. Meanwhile, he’s a by-the-book lib and republicans are taking a risk being on his show, unless they are as quick and clever as Ted Cruz. Most the other GOP are not as savvy.
He's very funny. Very smart. And a very devout Roman Catholic.
You like him? Good for you. I think he’s an unfunny dope and I bet his gig at CBS won’t last long.
You know what they say about opinions, personally I don't care for him one damn bit, he stole his shtick from a dead man.
If the noxious, blasphemous Jew-hating Jimmy Carter is a Christian, then so is Colbert by that metric.
“Very smart. And a very devout Roman Catholic. “
So is Martin Sheen.
He also knows more about Tolkien and his works than probably anybody else alive.
I don’t think he minded.
He’s played a character for so long, not even his fans know where the act ends and the real idiot begins.
Figures he’s a libtard and catholic
The Pope wants us in the party of globull warming though.
Yeah, probably no more than he minded being murdered
White Catholics vote majority for republicans. And it’s a pretty big spread. this guy’s just an idiot.
Sounds like he is talking about Kohlberg's highest stage of moral development. In this stage, right is determined by self-chosen ethical principles that underscores the person's profound respect for the universal ideals of the Holy Spirit that have been internalized in his conscience. These self-chosen principles take precedence over democratically determined laws when there is a conflict between the two.
I do. But I know that people's tastes are different. People think other comedians are funny that I can't stand. I don't agree with you on his future at CBS but I suppose time will tell which of us is right.
To each his own.
