He is getting lots of small donations that add up to quite a bit. IIRC, in the 48 hours after the last debate he got one million dollars, with an average donation of $46 bucks or something.
....”I guess we shall see happens over the next six months”....
Yes, it’s going to get very interesting....
Billy Clinton has begun to speak up as well....he and Hillary clearly had determined he would not do so unless she got into trouble along the way....that she had to run this solo...so if he’s coming into view you can be certain they both are very concerned.
I wouldn’t put Rubio out of the picture yet....he’s going to get some steam as the GOP favorite to replace Jeb I think...Carly isn’t well liked and comes off like the political social climber that she is....she’ll fade out.
Trump will ride this for a time yet....Hillary would love it to be Trump because Cruz knows to much...she can’t toy with him...she will indeed do so with Trump and vice versa because they know each other.
Yes indeed Pollywag......so we pray those who cannot see will have their eyes opened just in the nick of time....as you know God often brings happenings up to the last moment before he steps into the affairs of men...the game is on....but he can change it’s course at will.
I pray God will sustain Cruz and his family as things become even more intense and uncertain along the way....and their funding. May Gods will be done...and our nation understand it ‘must turn’ to him.
Just donated too!

Excerpt:
But Cruz, who frequently touts the long-term durability of his campaign, is underscoring the effort with two caveats: Ramping up doesn’t mean going on a spending spree, and building a state-level organization doesn’t mean coasting off short-term momentum.
“We have been very, very cautious with our expenditure of funds. This is an exceptionally frugal campaign,” Cruz told reporters....
“Both of their campaigns ran out of money because when you spend your money early, you don’t have the resources to communicate with voters,” Cruz said. “We’re committed to not following those mistakes.”
“Every campaign cycle, you have candidates that are the flavor of the month, who skyrocket up in the polls and usually end up going down just as fast,” Cruz later told supporters at the office opening. “You know, Scripture talks about building your house on a foundation of rock and not on sand. This campaign is designed to be built on a foundation of rock.”
Cruz volunteer Kristi Berg had a few candidates in mind as she listened to Cruz here. “Well, they just go out like a charging bull and they do a lot of talking and they might be high in the polls right now, but they dont seem to have a lot of foundation underneath them,” she said.

I support conservative values and I would love him to be our nominee but he won’t have the numbers so I have no choice but get behind Trump. Why he doesn’t have the numbers I don’t know. I don’t understand the cult of politics that well.
Bkmk
Cruz isn't at a point where he wants to destroy the party and rebuild it from the ground up. If a majority of Republican voters are convinced that the GOPe wants to push through the Demonrat socialist agenda, then both houses of Congress will flip...and the GOP in state and local elections will lose in a bloodbath.
Cruz is framing it as a few DC bad apples surrendering that haven't spoiled the entire barrel.
The nut cracker:
“I’m sorry to say under Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch, the Department of Justice has completely besmirched that tradition. No one remotely believes that the Obama Justice Department will even begin to investigate this pattern of felonies. “
Get behind Cruz in the PRIMARY.. support him. MANY MANY feel this way and are headed to Trump... To me that is the same as accepting a RINO .. it’s a Romney situation all over again.
If Trump becomes the candidate, the get behind him, but at least give CRUZ a chance.

For sure.
Excellent speech and the truth the public needs to know.
However, what most dont get is that Obama is playing a big game of chicken with the GOPe congress. Obamas daring them to shut the government down because he needs a scapegoat for the coming US dollar collapse. The GOPe congress knows this and will give him everything he wants until the economy falls under its own largesse, hoping that Obama will take the brunt of the blame. Obama wont take the fall alone and will drag everyone he can along for the ride. This is the most fatalistic president ever and the most chicken-shit congress ever.
Ted Cruz is fighting the fight for us.
He deserves our vote.
Enough said
We need to repeal the 17th amendment. Senators used to be selected by state legislatures.
U.S. Constitution - Amendment 17
Amendment 17 - Senators Elected by Popular Vote
The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, elected by the people thereof, for six years; and each Senator shall have one vote. The electors in each State shall have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the State legislatures.
When vacancies happen in the representation of any State in the Senate, the executive authority of such State shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies: Provided, That the legislature of any State may empower the executive thereof to make temporary appointments until the people fill the vacancies by election as the legislature may direct.
This amendment shall not be so construed as to affect the election or term of any Senator chosen before it becomes valid as part of the Constitution.
I'm one of those ticket buyers who is sick of football!
