You’d see a rise in babies via artificial insemination to have the child they want, with or without the man in her life.
The other thing this would drive is religious communities that reject a lot of technology, especially robotics and AI. The future belongs to those who show up, and Muslims, Mormons and Mennonites having four kids will inherit the world from those who have one designer kid once in a while.
