Texas A&M University has revised its sexual misconduct policy to narrowly define consent along the lines of the "yes means yes" or "affirmative consent" standards that are sweeping the nation.
A&M's student newspaper, the Battalion, reports that the policy was revised prior to the fall semester.

The only real NO is getting up and leaving. All are free to do that if it’s really “No”. Everything else is just rationalization, IMO.

I once had a girl tell me "Stop!" after 1 1/2 strokes.

Where have you been? Guys from outside the college are bound by the same laws against rape and sexual assault as the college guys.
They are just not bound by college rules where if the women falsely accuses them of rape, the accusation is effectively a conviction in a kangaroo court, and they are liable for expulsion.

Use of physical force to get sex is the classic definition of rape. That's not what he said, however.
If she really means "No", the most unambiguous way of indicating that is to get up and leave. The experience of many guys is that "No" often means "Not yet, you need to give me more foreplay first".
Our oldest graduated from A&M. Once, while visiting, I noticed a rainbow colored stress ball, in a stack, on the desk.
They had to attend a mandatory LGBT diversity class, and that was a handout.
Then, I hear that last year A&M accepted a homo-art collection, from some big donor.

You seem to think that it's O.K. to do what you can get away with!

I just dislike environments where people can be punished on a false accusation, which describes the university environment today. I graduated close to 40 years ago, so it doesn't affect me personally.
There is a reason why we have a justice system with rules of evidence, where there actually has to be convincing evidence of a person being guilty before he's punished.
