Donald Trump is at odds with Pope Francis when it comes to climate change.
In his White House address Wednesday, the pope called climate change "a problem which can no longer be left to a future generation."
Asked whether he agreed with that on CNN's "New Day," Trump said no.
"I think that clean air is a pressing problem. You want to have clean air, clean water. That's very important to me, and I've won many environmental awards. I am not a believer in climate change," Trump said.

For instance, building seawalls, digging diversion channels to wholly or nearly uninhabited below sea level areas such as Egypt's Qatarra Depression and the Caspian Sea or even reforestation projects for Pacific Islands.
Enviro whackos love to confuse the issue of climate change with that of clean air, especially when they lose an argument about climate change.
The present Pope is the first one in my lifetime for whom you can’t give an unqualified “yes” for the age old question “Is the Pope Catholic?”
Can you say Money???? It’s just a way to rip off the U.S. economy, and eventually bring us down to a third world status.
Trump is a communist. What's next, Trump? Dancing around an oak tree during a full moon?
If fighting Global Warming is the goal, we’ve already won haven’t we...we’re cooling right? Praise God.
Trump, Cruz and Rush are correct on this. Climate change (which used to be called global warming until a couple) is a liberal excuse to impose more government control over people including more regulation and higher taxes.
And just picked up a few more points in the polls.
LOL! Good but somewhat distressing point.
I believe in Climate change. It’s get cold here in the winter. It gets hot here in the summer. Been like that ever since I can remember. Thank you God.
I like the word "Papist," too, and I am one. But I don't have to believe every word uttered by the Pope. Papal infallibility has to do with matters of faith and moralsin other words, doctrine. Not choice of breakfast cereal. Not meteorology.
Usually, people who are scandalized by infallibility on faith and morals have a problem with the "morals" part, because they don't want that part of their life subject to anyone outside of themselves. But folks who respect the wisdom of tradition as you and I do would no doubt agree that morals are crucial, and that there are objective standards that don't change.
In other words, infallibility in those areas isn't about following the Pope's whim on trivial matters. It's the oppositeand it puts the onus on him. People depend on the Pope to be utterly reliable on the things that really matter for the state of our souls. Therefore, any Pope makes a statement on faith and morals with his own soul in the balance.
How does the Pope explain the rise of temperatures on other planets- evil human enterprise as well? He is a disgrace. Disclosure- former Catholic.
Uh oh.
Another anti-Trumper meme just got shot down.
They’re gonna need more airplanes.
Wow , the fake conservative speaks forcefully on issues the real conservatives wont touch. Except ted cruz, who will never get elected.
And I’m going to listen to Trump talk about science ... why?
Climate change = weather tax. To the tune of billions and billions each year.
Would you prefer to follow Obama administration’s views on Climate change. The pope’s scientific expertise? Maybe Al Gore’s?
