The way around this problem is to not be honest enough to get in trouble. For example, say you own a bar and do not want to have trannies harassing your customers.

You likely know some guys who are not regulars, and nobody in the bar knows. You make an arrangement with someone that will call them in case they are needed. They show up and start a fight with the tranny. The bouncer tells them all to “take it outside.” Then they beat up the tranny in the parking lot.

So, the bartender makes a friendly call to man ‘A’, using a one-use code word in an ordinary conversation. Man ‘A’ calls the other guys, who show up at the bar for a free round of drinks (and to be paid, say $100 each, from man ‘A’, after the fact.)

They get into an argument with the tranny, and the bouncer orders them all to leave. This part is caught on a grainy video. Once tranny is beaten up, they may or may not call the police.

If they do, the police get nothing from the other regulars, who don’t know the guys, and the grainy video just shows the bouncer asking them to leave. No evidence of anything illegal on the part of the bar.

Even the phone records just show a call from the bartender to man ‘A’, who has an good alibi.

The bottom line is that an unjust government forces its citizens to take the law into their own hands, and be crafty enough about it to avoid being persecuted for it.

“You forgot California, or did you cede that back to Mexico?”

No, I actually have lived in California for all of my 75 years, and while it’s a crazy place, it can’t hold a candle to the states I mentioned. At least we have an economy that supports us. And since we pretty much feed the country all the fresh fruit and vegetables you get to consume, you’d better hope we stay in the union.
