Relish it, it won’t happen again for a long time.

I agree that the media is clearly biased — most for dems and fox for the GOPe.

That being said, all this does is make Trump look like a whining child. As if he can only “win” when the deck is stacked in his favor.

Neither these debates, nor the presidency and congress, will be like his normal “business” deals where he holds all the financial leverage and it’s either his way or the highway.

If elected, he’s going to have to deal with dems in congress who have no incentive to change anything... So Trump will have to negotiate to advance his agenda. The dems are not going to budge on his border/immigration plan and I think we can all agree that is a reasonable expectation.

The HYUUUUGE unknown is: What is Trump willing to cede to the dems to gain enough votes when needed to advance his agenda? What basic rights will he allow further infringement upon by either legislation and/oe executive policy? What sort of Supreme Court nomination will his “NYC Values” nominate and what will he “negotiate” in that regard to get his agenda passed?

Will he agree to nominate another Sotomayor or Kagen in return for the dems agreeing to a watered down version of his border/immigration plan so that Trump’s ego can arguably/plausibly claim a win?

With no leverage against the dems other than giving them what they want (in whole or in part), what if anything has Trump said is *completely* off the negotiation table. What will he not budge on and how will he get the dems to go along?
