Jeb must be getting a lot of money whoring for the Cheap Labor Express.

Some think he’s tone deaf; he isn’t; he’s bought and paid for.

Yeah, I think Jeb’s about to turn his 5% into 3% or less.

As for Rand Paul, we already know he doesn’t fall too far from daddy Ron, getting something right here and there and then zooming off to Venus on a whirlwind of wacked-out nonsense.

Dear B. Jindal and R. Paul: the more you temper tantrum about Trump being ‘no conservative’, the easier if will be for Dems to pull the lever in the primary and general for him, having been convinced he’s not an evil conservative.

As we recently saw in the Christie and Paul spat, when two candidates go viciously head-to-head ... one may beat the other but both ultimately lose. It's just not attractive or appealing to the voters. This tells me that both Jeb Bush and Rand Paul are within sight of the end of their campaign roads. To plan a risky move like this, and publicize it in advance of the event, is a desperate move. They are hoping for a hail-Mary pass reception. I don't see that happening. I admire Rand Paul in some ways and hate to see him in this position. I am happy to see Jeb Bush run out, however. But ... he is not a throw-away piece in this chess game and is still very much in play. He has a GOPe mission to fulfill. His goal, in my opinion, in dragging Trump into the mudpit is to sacrifice himself while dirtying Trump. This clears an avenue for a rescue player like Mitt Romney to appear on the scene late in the game, shiny and new, to save the day for the GOPe. I do believe this is the strategy; I don't believe it will work. Unless you can compel, bribe, or purchase Trump into throwing his supporters to the rescue player, the gambit fails.

The fake conservatives are the ones who say we can’t enforce our laws or secure the border.

“I want to make sure everyone in the whole country knows he’s a fake conservative.”

Says the guy who panders to all the liberal identity politics groups.

Imagine a world in which the GOPe spent half as much energy attacking liberals as they do conservatives.

Trump is under no obligation to answer anything from the unknowns.

'It's intellectual combat'

"An ant has no quarrel with a boot."

This is going to be a one-sided intellectual massacre.

Fiorina is going after Trump as well. She is shrewd. Jebby and the Randster are lightweights politically. Dumb and Dumber.... Trump should be aware of Fiorina.

Cruz and Carson will not go after Trump. They will be the only ones who get a bump in polls.

instead decided that they must ‘expose’ how ‘awful’ Trump is.

That's the price of being #1 in politics, everyone else is targetting you.

Trump knew this getting in, he's a big boy and can handle himself.

In a way it's kinda good, cuz it's sorta like an "equipment shake-down", in that we get to see what Trump is like under pressure (the kind of vetting that we never saw in the Democrats 2008).

As President, anyone will have to face a lot more pressure and ruthless opponents than these debates offer; let's see if they can handle this first.

"I want to make sure everyone in the whole country knows he's a fake conservative."

And that is a worthy goal. Trump needs to be exposed for what he is. But how that is done--that is the question.

Believe it or not, it’s ok to ask Trump hard questions - just like all the other candidates. When he cannot give a good answer because he hasn’t thought it thru, he insults the examiner for asking the question.

So what will this pro affirmative action, pro Canadian healthcare candidate do when he gets the nomination and no longer gets all the media spotlight? How will the electorate react when questioners legitimately ask about his tasteless statements and numerous prior positions? The electorate will ask these same questions, too. How will the electorate react when Trump trashes those who harbor these questions as being stupid, on being on their period, having an ugly face, or the like?

And what if he wins the election, which I highly doubt, can anyone say with any certainty which Donald will rule?

We really need to think this one through.

Not only is it OK, it’s necessary. How can we determine whether we want to vote for him or not if we don’t know what his answers to relevant questions are?

Jeb Bush huddles in secret for off record meeting with Fox News, CNN, other Media ahead of debate
breitbart ^ | 9/15/2015 | Matthew Boyle
Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush huddled in secret with a handful of reporters as he’s slipping in the polls ahead of the next debate here on Wednesday evening, Breitbart News has learned. Bush met in private for an off-the-record meeting on Tuesday with RealClearPolitics’ Rebecca Berg, the Washington Examiner’s Byron York, Fox News’ John Roberts and CNN’s S.E. Cupp. A Republican political insider told Breitbart News:

Two reporters complained to me today that their editors and producers forced them to attend an off the record pre-debate meeting with Jeb Bush, who is in single digits in all national and state polls. I was also told that the meeting was so low energy and boring that one reporter described it as a ‘snooze siesta.’ Jeb wavered for five days on whether to hold the gathering but then decided that it would be a mistake not to try and spin tomorrow’s loss which will be both in form and substance. The good news is that Jeb spoke to an audience which doubled his last campaign event.

Bush spokesman Tim Miller didn’t immediately return a request for comment, nor did the other attendees or representatives for them. Bush has virtually collapsed in recent polls as Republican frontrunner Donald Trump has taken an even more commanding lead while Dr. Ben Carson, Carly Fiorina, and Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) are all ahead of Bush in recent polling. ………………..”
