Jeb is the third in a family line of New World Order adherents. His father was the first politician to use the phrase "New World Order" in a speech when he was President. The answer is pretty clear from the text of the first teo amendments. Compare the first: “Congress shall make no law ... “ with the second: “...the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” There was is no limitation in the second on who shall not infringe. It is a blanket prohibition on all branches and levels of government.

Wow, he is really an idiot. He can’t even READ the constitution. This issue is pretty damn clear. It’s not an 10th amendment issue because it IS specifically enumerated. He must be going for the liberal gun control vote? Why were we told he was the smart one?
