With the Iranian ICBM being a copy of the Norks, I would expect that NK help is a given. The question is not if, it’s when. When is set by how many American cities they want to incinerate at the same time.
I would guess also there is a delay while China readies it’s deep water fleet. The Nork ICBM is also a copy of Chinas, the Norms being their sock puppet and all.
Proxy armies is the way things are done these days, but America is always the ultimate target.
