That was my thought originally, but after observing Trump, the plan is not 3rd party. The plan is to make Cruz his VP because he brings the constitutional smarts and will be the hatchet man when it comes to making government smaller and weaker, while making the military stronger. Cruz knows the process/procedures to get it done, especially if Trump/Cruz are operating with a majority in the House and Senate. BTW, if Trump/Cruz win, both Boehner and McConnell are out as leaders, and so is Reince Priebus as RNC Chair.
He's too weak to be CIC of the armed services and too weak to deal with foreign leaders. In addition, as he keeps talking, he's starting to reveal himself as weak on illegal immigration, pro abortion, and politically correct. No thanks!

The problem for Carson, is that he made the statements last month in August 2015. Not 20 years ago.
