Washington Post ^ | Sep 13 2015 | Jennifer Rubin

Posted on 09/14/2015 7:41:36 PM PDT by WilliamIII

Former Texas governor Rick Perry exited the presidential race on Friday in the same manner in which he conducted his second presidential race, with maturity, largeness of spirit and devotion to conservative policies that improve the lives of all Americans.

Perry’s lease on the glasses was not renewed? Rubin is demented.

These ‘concern trolls’ from the left are hilarious!

$10 says Jennifer Rubin has photos of Mitch McConnell and John Boehner on her office wall.

Probably in “Hello Kitty” frames.

The Washington Post is simply incredible. This is the same bunch that last go-round portrayed Rick as dumb as a stump!

He would be far better than any of the Dims, but he is nowhere near being our best candidate. I couldn’t stand to give the Post an unmerited hit for their asinine articles, so I read only the excerpt. If the entire article is meritorious,I’ll eat my words.

[[He refused to pander or play to voters’ worst instincts on the Confederate flag issue, gay marriage]].

Worst instincts? Give us an example. Was it something that true conservatives like Ted Cruz said? Please explain, Ms. Secular Social Liberal RINO.

Rubin is the token conservative columnist at the WP. So it’s entirely possible for the editorial board to have radically different opinions than she has.

He wasn’t so nice and ‘mature’ on Hannity as regarding his comments about Trump.

With 16 candidates crowding the field one more 2012 retread also-ran was unnecessary.

This is just what the left does. In 2008 McCain sr campaign staff was leaving and it was assumed McCain would soon drop out. Then it became clear that Obama was going to defeat Hillary to become the nominee. Then the Powers That Be decided McCain would be a better person to run against than Romney. They began calling McCain a maverick and praising his bipartisianship and he came back and eventually defeated Romney. They immediately turned on McCain.

Don’t trust these people (not that anyone will, this time.)

Jebbifer Rubin is dismayed that we won’t embrace having our country stolen from us.

The Cheap Labor Express is beside themselves.

Despite the efforts of all of its minions in The Ministry Of Propaganda and The GOP they haven’t been able to dent Trump’s numbers.

Perry was about as exciting and persuasive as a dead fish in the broiling sun.

Jeb Bush is almost as bad. I use his speeches instead of sleeping pills. Cheaper, works faster and lasts longer.

“Jeb Bush speeches - for a good night’s sleep”.

Oh gag me. I’m Texan, and stayed engaged. Anyone who continues to support Perry never paid attention outside an election cycle.

I like slick Rick, but I don’t believe a conservative word that comes out of his mouth. Like one governatorial cycle he said he would build a wall if the feds didn’t then the day after he got elected he said it was ‘preposterous’ to think we could build a wall. No, he was not a serious candidate. Might make a good veep.
