California Gov. Jerry Brown schools Ben Carson on climate change
MSNBC ^ | 9/12/15 | Adam Howard

Dr. Ben Carson has spent most of his professional career as a man of science, which is why the Republican presidential candidate’s recent remarks on climate change have been puzzling to many.

In a recent interview with the San Francisco Chronicle, the neurosurgeon claimed “I know there are a lot of people who say ‘overwhelming science,’ but then when you ask them to show the overwhelming science, they never can show it. There is no overwhelming science that the things that are going on are man-caused and not naturally caused.” The comment soon drew a rebuke from Democratic California Gov. Jerry Brown.

Brown sent Carson a copy of the widely distributed United Nations 2014 report on the science behind global warming, along with a typed letter urging him to read it. “Please use your considerable intelligence to review this material,” Brown wrote in the letter. “Climate change is much bigger than partisan politics.”

But....look at the data we have from climate models, these prove it is a man caused warming event.

Please ignore the fact that the models don’t match observations of the actual climate.

I wonder if he should also look back on all the things that should have happened so far, that were predicted years ago, and have not happened. Maybe he could school Moonbeam and the UN both on all that junk science.

A publication of Leftist MSNBC in support of “Moonbeam” Brown’s condescending response to Dr. Carson.

Still at the end of the day no peer reviewed scientific evidence has been put forth to support the contention the Earth is endangered by mankind.

Bingo!
You have refuted the “UN 2014 report” in one clear, concise sentence.
The proponents of the Greatest Hoax of all Time just don’t get it. They are the deniers of as simple an answer as yours.

Well, actually they do get “it.” They get untold money to continue the hoax. The hoax has spread to all corners of the earth and will continue as long as money and foolishness abound.

Moonbeam spent a lifetime tripping on the products of science.

Don't dismiss the lifetime of sucking on the public teat and the awesome ability to leave every position he has ever held and the people impacted by them in much, much worse shape after him than before. Why oh why couldn't the people of California remember the simple slogan "If it's Brown, flush it down!"

Moonbeam is a raving idiot and has been since the 1970s.

I think you are being charitable, moonbeam has been a drug addled, socialist, gaia worshipping, fudge packer that aspires to rise to the level of idiot long before the 70's.

Of course, Gov. “moonbeam” is an expert on climate change!
He isn’t really an “expert” on anything: except he and his dad were experts on stealing northern California’s water
to supply LA subdivisions.

My response right to Moonbeam’s face would have been:
“Why are you wasting your and my time lecturing me, go solve your water and fire problem and get back to me in 10 years.

The sun is a ball of fire that controls the climates of all its planets.

Your point is well taken, But.

This is not true of Jupiter. Jupiter’s internal heat drives its weather.

Jupiter’s core is hotter than the surface of the sun.

There is an epidemic of the Dunning-Kruger effect in the Obama administration! Certain GOPe are also effected, I would guess.

The left’s desire to take over and control things and institutions (and ultimately people) is paramount, and why they’re so dangerous to our freedoms and way of life.

They ought to be rounded up, taken off to communes so they can make pottery and origami for their natural lives.
