The tragic image of a drowned toddler whose body washed up on a beach in one of Turkey’s most popular resorts went viral Wednesday, underscoring the increasingly desperate plight of migrants trying to flee Africa and the Middle East in hopes of a better life in Europe.
The boy, presumed to be from Syria, was found dead Wednesday near the town of Bodrum. A Turkish police officer is shown in the image carrying the boy's body away from the waves.
At least 12 migrants, including the boy and four other children, drowned off the Turkish coast when two boats carrying them to the Greek island of Kos capsized, Turkish officials told The Associated Press.
Television images also showed the boy – wearing a bright red T-shirt and shorts -- lying face down in the surf, Reuters reported.

There are thousands of similarly heartbreaking scenes all around the world for as many reasons.
But only a very few get widely distributed, usually by people with an agenda.
For example, how many poignant pictures of one of the thousands of christian children murdered or captured and abused by muslims has anyone seen published lately.

The distance to the Greek island is like very short. Like between Manhattan and New Jersey. You could drown and be back on the beach within minutes.

Absolutely. Anyone evading arrest trying to sneak into the country should also be shot on site.
Even if true (and in this day and age where nothing is as it seems) it does not change the fact that if Europe (and America) does not gets control of immigration there will be war when the different cultures can not get along.
Two different cultures can coexist in the same place only when one is much more powerful than the other. An influx of people from the minority culture into a country will destabilize the country.
When the minority thinks they are strong enough, they will attempt to take over, that is when the war begins.
