I wish I was in Kentucky where I could support her.

Where is a presidential candidate standing by this woman? Any elected official? Not in words, but physically there?

Rand Paul is her senator. Wonder where he is?

If I were Ted Cruz - or any other Repub candidate - I would be in Kentucky standing up for this brave Christian woman.

Why is it so important for these queers to have this particular clerk sign their sham? Don’t answer, I know. We will bow to their god or else.

We will have all out “Jim Crow” status in this country for those who object to gay marriage because of the SCOTUS gay marriage ruling sooner or later.

I don’t think she will be willing to go to jail. That’s when we will know what she’s made of.

I recall a story in a book somewhere about a few boys who refused to kneel for a false god...

This is more important than the marriage issue. The idea that innocent boys can be sent to a pair of fags for them to abuse is absolutely unacceptable.

If she was forced by law to segregate and discriminate against black people, would you still demand she do that?

If she lived in Nazi Germany, and was forced by law to send Jews to the ovens, would you suggest she do that or lose her job?

but if Caesar pays your salary then you do what he says or find another job.

You would have made a good Nazi with that argument.

Not trying to insult you, but really. That is the same weak line of reasoning the Germans used as they sent millions to their deaths.

“We were only following the law”.

Will the governor of Kentucky or the sheriff of Rowan County prevent the enforcement of Federal law with respect to this Supreme Court decision? If they fail to do so, the county clerk becomes just another martyr.

Until someone in authority who has command of armed police forces stands up to the Federal government, this ruling and others will stand unchallenged. This is the theory of the lesser magistrate, that was invoked in pre-independence America to justify this country's secession from the British Empire.

I'm on the same page with you with reference to that Sheriff and the Governor. Thank you for mentioning the historical precedent. That precedent is very important. Those other officials ought to follow their oaths and uphold Kentucky law, which presumably has no Statute authorizing sodomite "marriage".

The last time I checked, the Extreme Court did not have any authority to draft and pass Kentucky Statutes.

Cordially,

The GOPe wants to have us involved in emotional wedge issues like Planned Parenthood and other things to divert our attention from acts of civil disobedience which are a threat to the political order the Uniparty wants in this country.

When Martin Luther King and others took to the streets and went to jail for civil rights John F. Kennedy and Bobby Kennedy were there to try to undermine their efforts. When King got hero status at Birmingham and with his “I Have A Dream” speech Kennedy moved into deep panic mode fearful about his party’s political future.

JFK was afraid the Democrats would lose the next election because of all the civil disobedience and worse breaking out on America’s streets in 1963.

JFK was willing to talk about ‘equality’ but unwilling to take action because he would lose pro-segregation Democrat votes.

He sent out the FBI to spy on MLK......

This is a hot potato for the Republican Party they would rather ignore.

The Supreme Court violated the First and Tenth Amendments of the Constitution in their 5-4 Obergefell v. Hodges decision.

Basically, there is NO LAW compelling her to do so.

Supreme court thumbs their nose at those that that believe that gay rights do not extend to gay marriage based upon their Christian beliefs. Do we have enough cells to incarcerate the millions of conscientious trouble makers? This is a very serious questions, perhaps we should consult the Nazis for a final solution.?
