One particular quirk I’ve noticed about female psychology ... They LOVE having choices, but DESPISE choices they don’t like (I say this with better than a half-century of unquestionned record of adoration of women in general) ... This is very good -- worthy of a BTTT!

Many years ago a magazine published an article on the murder rates in Western towns and Eastern towns in the 1870s and 1880s.
The eastern town murders were off the charts. A person was fairly safe in a western, armed to the teeth town.
I have an old book that showed how the 1870 cow towns were not what people today think they were. Gun laws then were designed to keep the rowdy Texas (former confederates) cowboys from shooting up the towns.
When Texan Hurricane Bill and his cowboys attempted to break one of his men out of a Wichita KS jail, he was met by about thirty five citizens of Wichita, all armed to the teeth. The ant-gun laws did not disarm the local citizens.
The cowboys dispersed, and for weeks handguns could be found in weed patches where the Texas Cowboys dropped them rather than go to jail.
