An incident involving this former general is said to have occurred.At least one of the accounts put forward doesn't make for flattering reading when it comes to the general's respectability.Given the general's age it seems distinctly possible that 1) the unflattering account is essentially accurate *and* 2) his actions weren't the result of criminal intent (or a defective character) but,rather,were the result of a diseased brain and,as a result,he cannot be held criminally (or morally) responsible.
I’m with you. I believe the General’s account or his caretaker’s over the cops. But that is just me.

If we actually required a full mental exam and annual physical test (like a 1.5 mile run in 14 minutes)...then half the cops in America would fail either the mental test or the physical test. That’s part of the overall problem in existence today. So many worthless cops....that the valued cops look like idiots.
