If you want to be nitpick you can say more vs. less honest. But you are evading the issue altogether I fear.
No I am not - It is the nature of the beast. Politicians are no different than car salesmen... I have said it before, and I mean it from the bottom of my heart: Those who are not driven by principle are driven by something else - That something else is always going to be bad. Statesmen stand upon what they believe. Politicians wet their finger, tell you what you want to hear, and do whatever is best for themselves once elected.
