Ambassador Caroline Kennedy and senior staff at the U.S. embassy in Japan used personal email accounts for official business, an internal watchdog report said Tuesday -- making Kennedy the latest Obama administration official to run afoul of email security guidelines.
The State Department’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) report said it received reports concerning the use of private email accounts for official business, and identified instances where emails labeled "sensitive but unclassified" were sent from or received by personal email accounts.

Caroline learned directly from her parents (as we all did ) how to think and act in this life from our parents. It is the foundation of our thinking. Of course we add to it or turn a bit aside as we live/ experience life. etc.

However, try as the detractors working either overtly or covertly for Hillary might, you can’t equate putting unclassified but sensitive material in a private email with stripping top secret/sci/keyword information markings from intelligence documents and circulating it on an unsecure personal server.
This government has officialy run amok. Hillary, Lois Lerner, Sweet Caroline, ALL refusing to follow some very series guidlines and ALL showing contempt for rules.
ANyone really wonder why voters have had it?

During my career, we were constantly reminded that use of private email for business was strictly forbidden. Never would have even thought to conduct company business on my private email account. Guess that doesn’t apply to some ‘special’ people.
Anyone working for a SRO or company in the wecurities business is prohibited from using personal email for business - it's mandated by......the government. The same government that could care less that national security content is emailed around on private servers and personal accounts, Oh the hypocrisy and double standards. This is liberalsism, a ruling elite with no laws and everyone else.
