Hillary has been getting all sorts of signals, the last one delivered by Josh Earnest. Drip drip drip. The next one will be a declaration from Biden that he’s in the race. If she doesn’t find a graceful way to drop out on her own, she will receive a visit from Democrat leaders. If that doesn’t do the trick, the next visit will be from the Justice Department, with an offer she can’t refuse.
