One of the reasons why the Ashley Madison hack has swept through the US' imagination to such a profound degree is how all-encompassing it seemed. The hack clawed its way into communities all across the country — well, not quite every community.
Gawker’s Gabrielle Bluestone has uncovered that there are precisely three ZIP codes across the country that have no record of Ashley Madison users. That’s ZIP codes, not area codes. And what do they have in common? They're partially lacking two things: the internet and a large number of people.

Not sure but my guess is the Amish community might be free of this problem but I have no idea if their zip codes were AM free.

I just don’t think everyone in any given town is that self righteous or religious or holy. There’s always at least 1. And this bears that out. I mean, the odds that there are at least one person are pretty good.
The fact that only 3 zipcodes are omitted isn’t a reflection on an entire town.
I will bet that many of these people do not use their real zip codes. Unless they are idiots of course. Ever heard of anonymous email accounts? Most folks I know have several.
anonymity is a great motivator for those who would live in darkness.
It was a big news story when they first started. They had billboards along major highways. I am surprised you never heard of them before this. It was quite controversial.
Didn’t they have to provide credit card info?
This is the weirdest “scandal” of all time. Evidently MILLIONS of names have been disclosed, but so far, only about 5 or 6 of them (including 2 semi-famous Christians) have been made public. And there is evidently nowhere to go to find the list and look at it.

There’s probably 250,000 real losers accounts on there and 36,750,000 bulls*** accounts created by kids pranking, anonymous curious and primarily the company itselfs paid shills. The objective isn’t to create a cheating site, the objective is to create any site with the least effort that can be demonstrated to have X million users and then sell it to suckers and walk away crazy rich...
God is exposing sin with this and Planned Parenthood simultaneously. Will the nation repent? Are the consequences of sin and pride eminent? What else will be exposed?

I’m with you. I still don’t really know what it’s all about and don’t intend to learn any more. I know that it’s an example of how full of crap society has become. That’s easy to surmise.
Whoever has the list is frantically searching through all the Democrats and liberals to find any Republican or right wing cheater. It takes a while.

Plus the population is about half it was in 2000. Dying town.
Agreed, My zip code only has about 100 people in it and most of them are elderly couples.
Might explain all the looks I get at the post office though.
