Planned Parenthood asked a federal court on Tuesday to block Louisiana's efforts to defund its clinics in the state in reaction to the release of secretly recorded videos about how the group handles the tissue of aborted fetuses.
Louisiana was the first of three Southern states to announce plans to end its contract with the reproductive health organization to provide medical services to low-income residents. Alabama and Arkansas have taken similar steps.
Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal, who is seeking the Republican presidential nomination, cited the release of videos this summer by a national anti-abortion group, the Center for Medical Progress.
The center says the videos show Planned Parenthood sells tissue of aborted fetuses but the organization denies wrongdoing and says it does not profit from fetal tissue donation, noting it is allowed to charge costs to cover its expenses.

Good for Planned Parenthood. I hope that when the case settles, the judge orders them to return all taxpayer money that was not used for medical services. Which would be just about all of it.
I would expect the federal court not only to order the money returned but probably to order an increase in it as well—and perhaps put in a few good words for gay marriage while they’re at it.
Arrest and detain every single PP worker as an accessory to murder. Hold them until trial. The trail can come after PP has concluded suing the state.
The gall of them to think they have a right to taxpayer money to be used to slaughter babies.

Of all the states PP would get upset over losing their funding I think I can understand why Louisiana would be a real problem for them. Its probably their most profitable nextvto Illinois and Michigan.

A class action suit on behalf of the women who didn’t get paid for the organs they made will bankrupt a large portion of the left wing establishment.
It would be nice to see a class action suit from all the women who were told the “formless clump of cells” lie.
They were never, never told that parts of their body were being sold to the highest bidder.
If they had; there would be a lot of very rich women in the poorest parts of this country...and there are not.
Sue the companies and the political parties that profited from this genocidal infanticide too.
