I'll go further. Why would someone put above top-secret data on a usb card, take it out of the safe room and put it on an email on Hillary's server? Why not give her a hard copy, since it was so sensitive? I think she was selling the data for donations to the Clinton Foundation. All she had to do is say, you give me a 10 million dollar donation and I'll have what you need in an email in 2 weeks. It's safer than having an aide drop it in a trash can and risk getting caught.
