Vice President Joe Biden's son, Robert 'Hunter' Biden, says he did not open an Ashley Madison account registered in his name to his email address. Biden denies creating the account, the details of which were exposed on Monday by Breitbart News, and claims to have been framed by someone trying to 'discredit' him.
'I am certain that the account in question is not mine,' he said in a statement to Breitbart. 'This account was clearly set up by someone else without my knowledge and I first learned about the account in question from the media.'
Daily Mail Online reached out to a family spokesman to ask why a credit card registered to Robert Biden at his Washington address was used but has not yet received a reply.

Its very easy to prove..all they have to do is see whose credit card was used to create the profile, if its Hunters than game, set, match. What is he going to say, his credit card was stolen? Yes its true, anyone can create a profile using someone elses name but the credit card will tell the story

Cause credit cards are never stolen.

Usually you give sites your e-mail address - in case you lose your password, or so they can communicate with you (send offers, etc.)
What e-mail address was used? If it was Bidens, then he is certain to have received e-mail. If he didn’t set up the account, why didn’t he complain when getting e-mail.
Also, why didn’t he complain when his credit card was billed?

Yep. Credit cards are definitely stolen. Ordering online these days is a risk. - We’ve had ours used by someone lately. We have some firewalls; and so far they help.

What about email confirmations an junk mail from AM site? The ‘thief’ would have to monitor it 24/7 to keep it deleted.
What about credit card bills and activity?
I thought it was impossible to discredit a Biden.
