Reince Priebus: Trump a ‘Net Positive’ for Republican Party
Breitbart ^ | 24 Aug 2015 | Josh Feldman

RNC Chairman Reince Priebus appeared on Wisconsin television last weekend saying he believes Donald Trump to be a “net positive” for the Republican party.

Priebus’ relationship with Trump has been an interesting one so far, starting with the call between the two men in which Priebus reportedly asked Trump to “soften his tone.” Publicly, though, Priebus hasn’t really criticized Trump and has even expressed his certainty that Trump won’t run as a third-party candidate. Priebus told Mike Gousha this past weekend that Trump is “a positive for our party” because of the eyeballs he draws to the whole field. He didn’t exactly go out of his way to praise Trump specifically, but just said that he’s channelling the frustration with Washington lots of voters have.

I agree. And I will have to admit, a reasoned connection between them would be a good thing, if it didn’t get twisted in the process.

The Chamber could be a force for good too, if it stuck with normal things good for a wholesome business environment.

How many true die hard conservatives are leaving FR, because of the internecine conflict when a conservative does not believe Trump is a true republican? he claims that he found conservative republicanism after months of conflict within himself. months of conflict within himself when he ran as a democratic candidate for president a reform candidate and candidate for president for the total of 5 times. he has claimed that the democrat parties is the party that will lead this nation into the promised land. So Trump is a wolf in sheep’s clothing! check your facts about Trump!

If Trump gets the nomination, he will own the GOP. It may look a lot different once he gets done with it.

I like this thought. There is hope!

Yeah you lying POS.......you’re saying that now all the while looking for ways to make sure Trump ISN’T going to be the nominee. The jig is up on the RNC....you’re dangerous to the voting public. Your fat cats have decided who your nominee will be and nothing short of the fires of hell will stop you. I just hope Trump chews you up and spits you out!

Yes, WITH YOU, RENCE PRIEBUS. You are the head of the RNC - the very organization we are so frustrated with that a guy like Donald Trump sounds good by comparison. What does that say about YOU and the job YOUR Republicans are doing, Mr. Head of the RNC?
