Actually, what’s going on here is that Bush is trying to pull Hispanics RADICALS into the Republican Primary to (desperately) try to bring up his numbers against Trump.
He must be DEFEATED and the ONLY WAY to put him out to pasture is to vote Trump.

Why doesn't Mexico provide a path to ‘success’ in Mexico for those who wind up leaving to search for success in our country? Why do people cross the border to get into our country? Why is the birthplace of your wife so cold and uncaring and irresponsible such that it doesn't take care of it's own citizens?
As a person of means and education, who is married to a lovely woman who knows the failings of Mexico, why don't you spend your time trying to influence and fix Mexican politics? Why don't you call for an end of government corruption in Mexico? Why don't you insist that Mexico stop the drug lords on the Mexico-US border?
Children born in Mexico are just as precious as children born here or anywhere. Why should a significant percentage of them have to be in families so desperate that their parents would risk death to illegally enter the US? Why? Why aren't you and your wife speaking out about the failure of the Mexican government to stop the greedy corrupt politicians there from ruining the lives of their citizens? Why? To not do so is nothing short of tragic hypocrisy.
