Biden is in. He is not 100% sure yet, but he has stopped drinking in preparation for a possible run, and for Biden, that is a very serious commitment.

Didn't know that Biden had a drinking problem. But it could be that brain damage due to alcohol is the major cause of his perpetual gaffes. Guess he thinks he'll improve if he's able to stay off the booze, but it's probably a little late at his age. He was probably forced to make that pledge to his prospective campaign inner circle (who know him all too well) or else.
