Mystery solved!
Thousands of Iowans checking their mailboxes late last week were greeted by a photo of a smiling Jeb Bush on the back of a flier touting the former Florida governor and 2016 Republican presidential hopeful’s conservative bona fides.

Online observers quickly pointed out that Bush’s left hand appeared to be black.

A PAC spokesman said that in the original photo a woman standing next to Bush cast a dark shadow on his hand.
Take a look at the picture. It's about a third of the way down the link. If that was caused by a shadow, then I'm the King of Spain.
It's much more likely that someone in Jeb's PAC goofed up. Then they decided to take a page from the Hillary playbook: Respond to a controversy by using the silliest excuses possible.

On Saturday, Right to Rise spokesman Paul Lindsay explained that in the original photo, a woman standing next to Bush cast a dark shadow on his hand. The super-PAC’s not-so-super art department then superimposed the image of Bush on a stock Cedar Rapids backdrop.
Okey dokey - so produce the "original photo" and that should clear things right up.

I saw that when that picture came out. That black hand is not even similar to his other hand in shape. Even if it was white it wouldn’t resemble his other hand shape.

It was not dark like the black man’s hand but it is Jeb posing with two ladies. One may be his wife.
Somebody just did a bad job of changing colors on the photoshop.
