Actually, what would happen is that the results would give the reparations anyway. Taxes go up, poor get poorer, and then they’d do it again.

Sure... as soon as I get my reparations from the British for what they did to my Scottish and Irish ancestors, and as soon as the Italians compensate me for what the Romans did to my ancestors and as soon as all sub Saharan Africa gives me reparations for what they did to my Neanderthal ancestors. THEN I will consider giving some of that to the blacks. But I think in fairness they should seek reparations from their fellow Africans first since they were the ones that captured and sold them to Muslims which sold them to the white man.

A final settlement? No way that will ever happen. This would become a third world hellhole in short order, blacks could run the entire country, and they’d still be unhappy with the white man holding them down. Their condition will forever be caused by whitey. Maybe a thousand years might change things.

We repeal the 14th amendment, then vote on what races get votes. I'm sure the nation will vote along the lines of the WP journalist. I acknowledge that whites voting to have one vote would be a racist act.

Before reading a word of the article, I guessed that the author would suggest 5/3 as the value of one black vote. This would make up for the 3/5 that each black vote counted in the unamended Constitution. (5/3)(3/5)=1.

In many cities, Blacks already vote at least twice, so adopting a 5/3 vote rule will cost the Democrats quite a few votes.
