I suggest that Scott Walker apologize to BOTH Senators Ted Cruz and Mike Lee for the "mistake" of sitting on his hands during the Senate Fillibuster ...

PRAISE Senators Ted Cruz and Mike Lee for their COURAGE ...

and simply "man-up" about being a "coward" on the Day of Battle.

Regarding FIGHTING AGAINST OBAMACARE ... it appears that Scott Walker PREFERS the POLITICAL COMPANY of ...

Senators McMitch McConnell, Juan McCain, Rand Paul and Marco Rubio ...

Karl Rove, Yeb Bush, George Will, and Rick Perry...

Walker is fading to black and I know it must be frustrating every 4 years to pick the wrong candidate.

Trump is at 24% Walker at 6%. Head to head with Jeb he probably loses. Head to head with Trump will be an annihilation. The reason Trump has more or less stopped punching Walker is because he no longer views him as a threat.

Walker who has no original ideas of his own is now doing a mini me act imitating whatever might work from day to day. Voters see right through that stuff. He’s toast.

A current Marquette University poll shows Walkers’ numbers are sliding in WI. His unfavorability rating is about 58% and In a general head-to-head matchup, the poll found Clinton leading Walker by 10 points.

Its all bad.

It is damaging government regulation that employees can’t be given comp time. Probably first added to the regulations because it aids the Unions.

In North Carolina? I'd be surprised if he couldn't. But I don't think he can beat her in Pennsylvania, Ohio, or even Wisconsin.

Hmmm, you have the whole thing backward

Thus, to answer your question, you are not permitted to use comp time for a nonexempt employee who works more than 40 hours in a single workweek. That is true even if the employee requests or expresses a desire to waive overtime pay in lieu of comp time. Only public-sector employers are allowed to provide comp time to nonexempt employees.
