All the recovery programs take the Christ out of the program. It’s taking the strength out of the recovery. Maybe they ARE doing the right thing. Maybe he hasn’t seen the holiness of God and the utter helplessness of the sinner. What the media report and what the family tells them may not be what is happening behind the scenes. That said, I don’t think the family is doing anyone any good by living their lives on camera. I think it’s selfishness.

You are right about the pornography addictions that some men have. It is especially a problem for young men.
I wonder if Josh was already looking at porn when he was 15 years old, and maybe that was a factor in his molestation charges at that age. By earlier reports he was very remorseful and came to his parents with the problem. However, if he still did not choose to reject the porn, he was guilty of sin plus deception with his wife, who appears to be a great gal. I am going to add Josh and his family to my prayers beginning today. There are four little children whose lives will be hurt by this as well.

Actually the truth of the matter is that FR would not be the same without Laz. He’s funny—REALLY funny-—very intelligent, he can cut you to bits if need be, and he has a very sweet, compassionate side.

Yes porn feeds into that. Porn makes him dangerous. His stupid parents are in a religion that “blames the victim” and I posted proof of that in another post. If you have seen my anti porn threads in the past you have some idea.
I know it’s bad but I don’t want to dwell on it now, I have Planned Parenthood’s videos on the brain and that is giving me an overload. Just trust me when I say Josh has been viewing porn for a long time and I considering him dangerous at this point.
Laz is the Love Terminator of FR. Everytime folks think he’s gone, he comes back. He’s been banned how many times? Six? Eight? He’s gotten a bit more serious recently, and shown his talent.
