Clinton aides’ BlackBerrys likely destroyed (Drudge calling it "wipewater")

State Department BlackBerry devices issued to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's aides Cheryl Mills and Huma Abedin have likely been destroyed or sold off, the department said in a court filing on Wednesday.

Mills and Abedin “were each issued BlackBerry devices,” department Executive Secretary Joseph Macmanus wrote in the filing.

The department, however, “has not located any such device,” and believes that they would have been destroyed or removed from the department's control.

If the Black Berry device was in the State Department's custody and the data was not fully backed up before the device was disposed of or destroyed, some one committed a felony.

If Cheryl and Huma did not turn in their State Department issued secure Black Berry's, then they are in berry, berry big trouble.

Huma and Mills never turned them back in and nobody in the Dept of Sate had the balls to confront Hillary to ask for them back.

They are that arrogant.

A lot can inferred about Hillary Clinton's personality, behavior and the way she treats subordinates by the way even the most powerful career civil servants cower from her, defer to her and avoid even the mildest challenge or questioning of her over the top breaking of just about every government rule and regulation.

Hillary advertises her “I'm above the law” attitude and flaunts her circumvention of the normal rules of behavior everyone else abides by and literally no one calls her on it.

As far as I know, no one else has ever gotten away with such behavior and they would be in jail if they tired even half the things Hillary has.

She would have had to mau mau the Dept of State, the DOD, the FBI, the NSA, the CIA and lord knows who else to pull this off.

Unless, of course, those agencies were making hay spying on her
