Its a race to end the madness now, one we may already have lost.
Ping to a well balanced background primer on this issue.
Dang, that's a lot.
Maybe a quick fix would be to declare those hospitals as embassies or something, and the rightful territories of Mexico.
Cost maybe a couple hundred bucks for a nice metal plaque.
Some more help for your Constitutional insight.
Where does an illegal alien reside?
Forgot to include y’all in the above courtesy ping. Apologies!

Bump for later- that’s a long one.
These classes of people, even if born here, are NOT American citizens under the Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952:
a child born on American soil to a:
(1) foreign ambassador,
(2) head of state,
(3) foreign military prisoner
So what prevents Congress from simply adding another class of people to the list?
Ann Coulter’s article on the 14th Amendment yesterday was an eye opener. In 1982, Justice Brennan, the old Leftist Supreme Court Justice, put the idea of illegal aliens’ children being given citizenship into A FOOTNOTE in one of his options. For 100 years, no illegal aliens had birthright citizenship, until he came up with this idea. The framers of the amendment specifically stated it would not apply to foreigners, not even the children of diplomats born while in the USA.
So again, the American people have been lied to concerning this history, and this blatant fraud has cost the states hundreds of billions of tax dollars on anchor babies.
Sure, why not? Ceding U.S. sovereign territory to Mexico is all the rage these days. /s
;p
Aww.. it’ll just be a little plaque outside the back door near the dumpster.
Like the fine print you always agree to when signing up for stuff online.
Beats the hell out of walling off our river.
These classes of people, even if born here, are NOT American citizens under the Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952:Nothing, so long as those in the new class don't have citizenship guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution.a child born on American soil to a:
(1) foreign ambassador, (2) head of state, (3) foreign military prisoner
So what prevents Congress from simply adding another class of people to the list?
Because there is a constitutional Amendment that prohibits it. The option is an a Constitutional Amendment.
So, for the most part, countries with automatic birthright citizenship are socialist moonbat and/or 3rd world cesspools.
Got it.
Read my post. The Fourteenth Amendment does not prohibit it. Otherwise, those classes of people could not have been excluded.
Check out the link I posted. Mark Levin’s analysis of this is brilliant.
Justice Brennan's dictum in Plyler v. Doe is also discussed in the section of this article entitled, "The Supreme Court Weighs In."
Note that Plyler v. Doe held that the denying of public-school admission to illegal-alien children would violate the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment. That particular case did not address birthright citizenship.
Bump to the excellent, comprehensive article. It is a complete background primer on the subject of birthright citizenship. Not only is the media hitting hard and fast with the notion that birthright citizenship is enshrined in the Constitution, but there are a large number of freepers who are a part of that same understanding of birthright citizenship and are advocates of it.
