Michael Lash knew he had a broken leg and he couldn’t feel his other foot. One bullet had gone in the front of his thigh and out the back.
While trying to protect his wife and two young children, the northwest Atlanta father was shot in both legs Sunday evening, the beginning of a few terrifying moments for the family. As Lash was recovering Tuesday, Atlanta police were investigating the home invasion, hopeful that security cameras on neighboring homes and evidence left behind would help identify the suspects.

Seeing two black teens on the door step who I do not know, I would have headed for my gun, expecting the possibility of a mob raid.
Has this poor man not been reading the news about black adults and teens being incited to hate crimes against whites in the cities? Did political correctness make his brain numb to reality that he lives in a violent city? So sad. Thank God his whole family was not slaughtered.

The latest report is it was a mob attack after the dad was shot.
15 thugs swarmed out of the woods and proceeded to ransack the house. One of the thugs chased the mom and baby out the back door.
These homeowners are very lucky to be alive.
