First of all, I don’t know if there’s 40 million illegal leftist voters in this country. There may be, there may not be. I am certainly convinced there’s enough to be a problem, whether it’s 40 million or whether it’s 8 million who actually vote.

You want to deport them? That’s fine. I don’t have a problem with that. I probably want to see all or as close to all of them as possible deported as well.

But again you’re banking on a guy doing that who talks out of both sides of his mouth on this at times- telling Dana Bash, “they do jobs Americans don’t want to do” and telling Bill O’Reilly “we have to give them a path to succeed.”

So which Donald am I supposed to buy into here? Do I buy the one who says, “No illegals period.” Okay, that’s great, and maybe he does it. But then what if he starts thinking, “Well gee, now there’s no one to pick the grapes.”?

For me it’s more than just illegals who drive this country left. I mean, this is the guy who said we have to try Obama’s stimulus. This is the guy who said, “Yeah, we need to bail out the auto companies because they make great products.” This is a guy who I think at this point is almost completely clueless about the constitutional role of government, government in the free market, and a guy who thinks the Canadian healthcare system works great. That’s still scary to me that this guy is running for president.

I’ll grant you he knows how to make money a lot better than I do... and most other people.

Got to hand it to Trump in the self confidence department.

And it would be wonderful if he could spearhead a solution to this slow leak, leak that virtually no politician wants to take like a bull by the horns.

My answer to this is to pray for God to give wisdom to Trump, and for Trump to be willing to receive it. He is used to pressing hard and will certainly energetically seek a way.

Not being an enemy of immigration per se. But it is ridiculous not to impose some kind of meaningful order, some sane prioritization, some tangible accountability, upon it. Too many people’s idea of humanitarian crisis is “not being able to soak American welfare programs.”

I didn’t say he was lying. I said anyone should be concerned when he contradicts himself and that one’s not being the most careful if they believe ANYONE at face value.

I mean, look I respect where you’re coming from. But you keep hitting me with things that for me just opens up another door. You bring up socialists taking all my property (they probably wouldn’t want much of what I have anyway) and I mean, I can bring up Donald Trump trying to run Vera Coking out of house and home.

There’s a guy at another board who was calling Trump a socialist for his remarks on Ford not moving their plant or building a plant in Mexico. I told him I wouldn’t go that far as I think Trump was just tossing something out to play to a crowd of auto workers (and probably legitimately doesn’t want to see that plant built in Mexico.) But yeah, getting involved in what a private company is going to do- that’s treading on the border of something that is socialism light depending on how exactly he would do something like that.
