The Texas Court of Criminal Appeals halted proceedings involving a gag order issued by a district judge in the case of a biker arrested following a May shootout in Waco that left nine dead and 177 arrested.

The ruling late Thursday by the state's highest criminal court stays an order issued last week by Waco's 10th Court of Appeals while it considers an appeal by McLennan County District Attorney Abel Reyna.

The noxious odor is not abating.

Appeals court had removed the gag order. Waco DA Abel Renya appealed that ruling and the blackout continues.

So, the gag order stays. Corruption breeds corruption.

With the release of autopsy data (but diddley squat for ballistics information) this is designed to keep a lid on actual events while the meme is carefully formed between internet trolls and ‘official releases’ that the LEOs had little or nothing to do with precipitating, if not perpetrating the entire event.

This is disgusting, particularly in Texas. It’s like LBJ days.

And corruption breeds contempt. I wonder how lightly they’re sleeping these days.

They look as excited to find the truth in Waco as they do in Baltimore. That says a lot about ambitious lawyers and their search for justice.

“With the release of autopsy data (but diddley squat for ballistics information) “

For months we heard the gangbots say that we would find small caliber shots to the head proving that the snipers murdered the bikers.

What we see is in all the head shots where the bullet was identified (3 of 4) they were all medium caliber. That is about the size of a .38 or 9mm and NONE were small caliber, i.e. .223

If fact the only ones identified as small caliber were 2; one to the buttocks and another to the trunk.

This pretty much puts to rest the conspiracy theory about the sniper killings.

I eagerly await the stupid arguments put forth by the gangbots when the forensics on the bullets is released.

I eagerly await the stupid arguments put forth by the gangbots when the multiple videos are released.

Oh yeah? So snipers are only allowed to use .223 now? News to me.

Apparently you missed the last three months of the gangbots’ posting on this.

Am in the field, literally, farm fields, and when I am back at the house, slow Internet when I can get it. Remembering the “double tap” shots by one biker against another to the head. Is that testimony consistent with the autopsy? With the biker testimony of head and neck shots by other bikers, I wonder that some still pretend that “head shot” = “sniper shot” = “cop shot”.

Bikers, it has been said, would as a citizen, shoot for center of mass. Why do they think that? Are bikers at some few feet, unable to make a lethal head shot? If not, why not? Especially given the autopsy results.

I fully expect to next hear that the cops were using these (7.62 necked up to 9mm silenced):

"gangbots"?

How late did you stay up to come up with that one, Crawford?

Especially given the autopsy results.

And all in close quarters, right?

Then why no GSR on the victims, nor stippling around the wounds?

Not so close after all.

Thanks for the heads up. OK, now I have read every autopsy report. All the reports have one thing in common. All these men were killed by .223 rounds with tissue injury consistent with hypersonic velocity. Only one died as a result of other than head or neck wounds. He, too, was killed by hypersonic .223 to the lower extremities. Almost all injuries show trajectories consistent with taking cover or being on the ground. These were police executions. Let me repeat. THESE WERE POLICE EXECUTIONS.

Really!

Boyette, Russell, Rodriguez, Smith, Jordon and J. Rodriguez all killed with MEDIUM CALIBER, NOT .223!
