” Surprisingly we do no business in California and an outrageous amount of sales in Nevada.”

I wonder how many get your subtle point.

When showers are outlawed, only outlaws will have showers.

All you have to do is pop out the stupid, plastic, water flow restrict or from the showerhead and you are good to go. Plumbing manufacturer’s are good businessmen and make if very easy to get what you want out of their products.

I typically keep my net carbs under 75g/day. That’s a relatively low number by Western standards, but not uncommon with respect to the Paleo, Atkins, South Beach, etc diets. Fats and proteins essentially provide the energy. I’m making the move to “healthier” fats and working hard to keep the sodium under 1500mg/day for vascular. My BG is now normal without medication. Also a brisk walk 15 min/day for both BP and BG.

The amount of power the Californeoise has over the US market is sickening. I wish we could carpet nuke the west coast and start over. Look at the good a 4,000 degree attitude adjustment did Japan.

Ah, separate states get separate senators
with separate capitols, separate state
legislatures, separate governors, and
separate constitutions. The local demographics
will dictate the political predisposition of
each new state.

Good idea? Probably not. Give us the state of
Jefferson and we’ll welcome SoCal conservatives as
long as they leave the Dodgers behind.

Yah, but if you laid on your back and peed
then everyone would think you were from
Colorado.

And as I enjoy it I imagine that somewhere a petty, crusty, tyrannical EPA bureaucrat is seething as I use “too much water”

It's worse than that. My CA local water district installed so-called "smart" water meters a couple of years ago. Now my bills come with a graph showing down to the teaspoonful how much water I used the previous month and any overuse above Jerry Brown's water use edict. Unfortunately the former Flower Children who control the Legislature are fine with that. They all yearn for the day they'll be in the position of making ever-stricter rules to control us yokels and "save the planet."

Remember George Orwell's prophetic line: "If you want a vision of the future, imagine a boot stamping on a human face - forever."

Man that’s bad. I didn’t know it was that strict.

I’m adding that Orwell quote to my list. Excellent reference.

And part "B" of the new regulation clearly states that you can only wash your left side on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and that you can only wash your right side on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. (Sundays are now secular/civic days of rest, and you can't wash anything on Sundays.)

If you encounter any illegal aliens (now to be referred to as "undocumented aromatic democrats who never get washed"), you are not permitted to liberally apply the following remedies to their pungent condition. That also is illegal.

If 20 or so percent of the registered/claimed republicans in the state that don’t turn out to vote did, it would be a “red” (loathsome media dog excrement eaters term) state...

When you sell your house. When you require a permit. That is how its done. No bulbs in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Fire alarms in the hallway and bedrooms.

Some one should introduce them to the concept of a Navy shower from the 1940s & 50s. thirty seconds of running water, soap down, thirty seconds of running water to rinse off. Worked for decades aboard the warships of our Navy.

I first heard “crimigrants” on Mike Gallagher’s radio show several years ago. Not sure if he coined the term or if he borrowed it.

If you’re going to go to that much trouble might as well put a disposal in the bathtub drain as well.
