No, actual ratings are what matter. A bunch of people that swarm someone's Facebook page are utterly meaningless. Her ratings will continue to grow, especially as we get nearer to the election.

Understand how television works.

1) The objective of any television network — news or otherwise — is to attract viewers and create interest. Fox got record ratings and got you to waste your time thinking about them today.

2) Donald Trump needs to be vetted, honestly, by conservatives. His conduct during and after the debate clearly shows he’s unfit to lead.

3) Fox did just fine.

Frankly, someone running for president of the country better have the ability to deal with nasty people like Megyn K. both gracefully and effectively. Trump is a big boy. The same goes for Cruz. If the public feels the moderator is becoming to snarky or personnel, they will be sympathetic to the candidate being abused if the candidate can deal with it properly.

I ping onyx out of respect since she's the one that cleverly crafted the moniker of Faux News to describe that vile outfit. It's an entity run by foreigners with no stake in the Republic.

Furthermore their "big" names are almost entirely comprised of northeastern elites: Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity and Megyn Kelly. The one exception is from the prime time hosts is Greta Van Susteren who not only attended a far-left college but is a Christ-denying member of a cult so weird that it makes Mormonism seem almost sane. They don't have a real American, Southern-born and bred in the bunch. Long before last night's despicable performance, my toleration for that New York-centric outfit had worn thin.

For news and truly informed opinion, thinking people rely on Free Republic and the Sarah Palin Channel, which has sadly gone offline. Next to FR, it was my favorite place since Governor Palin always demonstrates her love for Christ, her family and for America.

What's great about our fine Texas Senator is that, in spite of being born in Canada to a father from Cuba, he has true Texas values. And even with the burden of an Ivy League education, he's risen above that and is resolutely pro-God, pro-life, pro-gun and anti-sodomy.
