Everywhere you look, those in government have subverted, corrupted America. They’ve created their own agendas. All of which weakened, bankrupted, looted and sent America into decline.

Be extremely aware of those who wish to keep things business as usual.

As if their crime is only “having no documents”.

“immigration/invasion”
Amnesty is always on the table but border security was the one issue that Uniparty agreed they would not debate, until Trump.
Tonight is going to be very interesting.

“”Conservatives” who feel they have to soften their opposition to illegal immigration by saying they support high levels of legal immigration - haven’t a clue about the issue. (or they’re just lying)”

That statement cannot be repeated often enough.

Even here on FR, where you expect better-than-average informed opinion, it is surprising how many do not recognize the damage being done by legal immigration.

The idea that a secure border must precede any major overhaul

I used to think so, but am coming around to cracking down on those here via e-Verify, etc. Some years back, when there was talk of sealing the border, many gave up the idea of going home for a while as they feared they wouldn't get back in.

I think that sealing/closing/tightening up the border first will result in the same resistance. If the heat was put on them to go home succeeded, even partially, then the border tightening could be considered. Those still here wouldn't have gone on their own volition anyway.
