Boehner’s ties with special interest groups, and his eagerness to brazenly take their money is well known, but the Speaker may have pushed things way too far in 2012. Speaker Boehner seems to have dodged an SEC investigation into his financial involvement with the companies that would benefit from the Keystone XL pipeline, but it appears that lure of Citizens United fueled conservative cash was too much for the Speaker to resist last year.

Similar allegations against Boehner surfaced in June, when an FEC complaint was filed against him for accepting $2.5 million in illegal donations from the Venezuelan government run Chevron. It turns out that Boehner’s illegal activities go way beyond Keystone XL and Chevron.

Speaker Boehner’s has been getting away with these kinds of illegal activities for decades, but the walls may finally be closing in on one of the worst Speakers in American political history.(Click For More)

Boehner's and Reid's Farm Bill Fraud on America
Senator Mike Lee (R-UT) politely explained the collusion between rural Republicans and big-city Democrats that resulted in the $1 trillion (over ten years) Farm Bill. This is a $1 trillion tax on all Americans, especially our children. Lee referred to the bill as a: “Beltway marriage of convenience between welfare and corporate welfare.”

Instead of debating and voting for or against food stamps and farm insurance separately, this “marriage” traded $800 billion of food stamps for $200 billion of farm insurance. This is devious and deceptive and is commonly referred to as “logrolling” by America's political elites.

Much more devious was how Speaker of the House Boehner (R-OH) and Senate Majority Leader Reid (D-NV) forced rural and conservative Republicans to participate in the deception. Outraged, Lee called this manipulation a “bullying, disenfranchising shake-down of the American west.”(Click For More)

"Here in the House, the people's priorities continue to be our priorities," House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) told a news conference on Wednesday -- one day after the father of Kate Steinle, a murdered San Francisco woman, urged Congress to pass legisation that would take felonious illegal aliens off America's streets for good.

But on Wednesay, Boehner listed "the people's priorities" as entitlement reform; human trafficking; veterans' health care; free trade, EPA regulations; the National Defense Authorization Bill; and the Iran nuclear deal.

Completely missing from the list of "the people's priorities" was the issue of illegal immigration and sanctuary cities.(Click For Link)

After all, Boehner and the other advocates of comprehensive immigration reform simply cannot openly acknowledge massive illegal alien-driven document fraud and identity theft since it would destroy the image of the good, hard-working, honest illegal alien. And if that image is destroyed, then so is comprehensive immigration reform.

If Boehner and other politicians were to acknowledge the commission of serious job-related felonies, including identity theft, by 75 percent of illegal aliens they would either have to deny the vast majority of illegal aliens legal status or they would have to openly acknowledge that illegal aliens are being given amnesty from serious felonies while their victims are left holding the bag and while American citizens and legal residents are being prosecuted for these very same crimes.(Click For More)

House Speaker John Boehner is under congressional investigation, according to the House Judiciary Committee, after allegedly accepting both direct payment and campaign contributions from the Pfizer corporation for starring in a not-yet-released commercial for the company’s newest erectile dysfunction medication.

Congressman and House Judiciary member Scott Peters (D-CA) alleges that Boehner appeared in the commercial in January, and accepted both $95,000 in direct payment and a one-time $40,000 donation to his 2016 reelection campaign. If true, Boehner would have violated House rules prohibiting him from accepting payment or gifts.

The commercial allegedly shows Boehner sitting on a park bench, crying while beautiful women walk past him, while he narrates an inner monologue, saying “I wish I could get a Boehner, and show these ladies that I’m not a total Boehner.” Then, what Peters describes as “a magical animated elf” appears, promoting Pfizer’s unidentified new pill, after which a reinvigorated John Boehner is surrounded by women, one of whom says “now that’s what I call a Boehner!”

Judiciary Committee Republicans have been tight-lipped on the commercial, with some speculating that a GOP coup against the Speaker of the House might stem out of the investigation. Peters also says he believes Republicans are “on board” with the investigation, based on his personal conversations with committee members.

Were the checks from tobacco companies?

Boehner: Ahh, I think if my memory serves me correctly, I think it was a tobacco company, yes.

Charlotte Ivancic -- the older sister of Cate Dyer who runs the biotech company StemExpress, and who discussed and laughed about shipping “intact” aborted baby parts in an undercover video released on Friday – is leaving her position as the health policy adviser to House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) to go to work for the lobbying firm Tarplin, Downs & Young.

The resignation of Ivancic--who worked for Boehner and as legal counsel to the House Budget Committee–was announced on August 5, as reported in The Hill.

In late July, StemExpress and its founder and CEO, Cate Dyer, were mentioned in undercover videos of Planned Parenthood’s harvesting of aborted baby parts by the Center for Medical Progress, a pro-life organization.

StemExpress obtained a temporary restraining order on July 28 against the release of any further investigative videos, but that order was lifted on Aug. 21 by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Joanne O’Donnell.

After the restraining order was lifted, the Center for Medical Progress released a new video (on Aug. 21) that includes footage of a luncheon meeting with StemExpress’ Cate Dyer and the investigators who discuss how the procurement, supply, and shipping of aborted baby parts and their tissue operates.

If Trump called for the immediate removal of Boehner and McC (I know the colleagues wouldn’t remove them though.), he might pass 50 percent in these early polls but could forfeit OH and KY, which he would need in the fall.

An explosive confrontation brewing between the House Republican leadership and conservatives over Planned Parenthood is threatening to shut down the government for the second time in three years. And House GOP leaders have yet to settle on a strategy to avert it.

Desperate to avoid another closure, Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) and his team would prefer to build bipartisan opposition to funding the group through a series of high-profile Congressional investigations. But, at this point, that seems unlikely to cut it with a bloc of House conservatives who have said they simply won’t vote for a large-scale spending plan that funds Planned Parenthood.

Funding runs dry Sept. 30, so Republican leaders have barely have a month to figure it out.

Many GOP aides are skeptical of using a funding bill to cut off the group’s government money, aware that the legislation would likely die in the Senate. And, even if Congress could broker a deal on Planned Parenthood, anything that cuts its government funding would likely be vetoed by President Barack Obama.

Instead, House GOP leaders would rather use’s Congress’ broad investigative powers to build an overwhelming case against the group, which they believe would allow them to hammer Planned Parenthood for months and put Democrats under enormous pressure to turn against the women’s health organization.

But conservatives – led by Rep. Jim Jordan’s (R-Ohio) Freedom Caucus – are girding for battle. They see the fight over Planned Parenthood’s money as one of the top legislative priorities of 2015, and they are eager to do anything to end government support.

The speaker has said that he “disagrees” with the calls of some advocating impeachment of the president. As long as he holds the speaker’s gavel, he can effectively take that option off the table.

President Obama is required by the Constitution “to take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” Every day, President Obama is violating his oath. So Speaker Boehner is asking the judiciary to act as referee in this contest.

It may be that there is yet another way to compel the president to do his duty. The Constitution gives the legislature “the power of the purse.” This means that if both branches of the legislature agree on a series of Appropriations Bills, they can provide money to keep the government functioning and still take away the money for such things as implementing the Obamacare individual mandate.

At his first post-election press conference, House Speaker John Boehner said: "My job is to listen to the American people. The American people have made it clear, they're not for Obamacare. Ask all those Democrats who lost their elections Tuesday night."

He also said: "So, the House, I'm sure, at some point next year, we'll move to repeal Obamacare because it should be repealed and it should be replaced with common sense reforms that respect the doctor/patient relationship."

Did Boehner mean:

1) He intends for the House to terminate implementation of Obamacare at some point in the next year.

2) He intends for the House to ensure Obamacare is implemented next year.
