If SCOTUS allowed it in 2014, how can an appeals court overturn a SCOTUS ruling????

The State should start now researching registered voters they think may be illegal. I would think it would be pretty easy; if you compare the addresses of children on State assistance with the voter rolls your probably going to find a smoking gun.

Just in time for Hillary’s run for the White House, the Democrat court rules in favor of voter fraud. If the ballot box is corrupted.......

Ignore them.

It’s nonsense and everyone knows it. The Feds can get lost.

Maybe the solution is two separate polling places separated by an internal door. You enter through the State/local election door and declare your intention to vote in: 1) all elections, 2) State/local elections only, or 3)Federal elections only. If you answer 1) or 2), you produce required identification and vote prior to passing through the inner door. If you answer 3), you go directly through the inner door and vote in the Federal Election only.

The same rolls could be used for each. The voter would just have to be checked off twice.

State law is respected and Federal law is respected.

What would be interesting would be those micro-People’s Republic left wing cities that are going to let non-citizens vote in municipal elections. Seeing that sorted out while simultaneously running photo ID- required State elections and Federal elections might be worth making popcorn for.

‘’’The court’s order was an interim move addressing emergency applications filed
Wednesday, and a trial judge’s ruling striking down the law will still be appealed. ‘’’

**************

From the posted article..... Apparently they allowed the law to be used while it was
in appeal.

I read the Voting Rights Act is due to expire, and Obama et al are concerned about it’s renewal.

I proposed on FR a new Voting Rights and Voter Protection Act of 2015 that manadates Voter ID at the Federal level, along with proof of citizenship.

Which of our legislators will propose it? Heads would explode in the MSM and on Capitol Hill at the very thought. But, it is what we need and would fix the Federal and Judicial silliness aimed at Democratic vote stuffing. Does anyone believe the issue is really about suppressing the vote?

I guess this is what they means when “every vote counts”. . .means every illegal vote counts.

All LEGAL votes should count.

Not illegal votes.

The greater majority of people in this country want voter ID to protect the integrity of elections. The liberal(democrat appointed) judges keep shooting it down so people who should not be voting can vote. That’s the only way the democrats can win. It is especially important in the next(2016) election so all the people in this country illegally and protected by Obama can vote.

That gives you a cross reference at least by comparing one list to federal election voters. Then you can go after the fishy ones and expose them and their enablers.
