Judge Blocks Release of New Video by Center for Medical Progress

A federal judge on Friday blocked the release of additional recordings captured by the group behind a series of undercover Planned Parenthood videos.

The move came hours after after the National Abortion Federation filed a request for an injunction and restraining order against the Center for Medical Progress in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

The article does not mention a date for the full hearing. A temporary order is temporary. They will have their day in court, and date in appeal court too.

What if Cruz or Rand simply subpoenaed the 5th video and showed it on the floor of the Senate Monday. Would be tough to keep it out of the news then, right? Who ever did it would get a big boost in polls from pro-lifer and steel some of the “ballsy” vote from trump.

My guess is that the final video shows an intact, live baby, maybe even crying, and some Gosnell-type snipping the spinal cord.
