OK, he wasn't dragged. He was just hanging on (for dear life) to the car door for 3 seconds and a distance of 20 feet. Normal people call that being dragged. What do you call it?

I repeat: All of that happened AFTER he killed DuBose. Not before. The video (and audio) is clear.

But you don't care. You think this killing was justified because DuBose was a scumbag (he was), and you are going to twist the evidence into whatever knots you need to justify Tensing's conduct.

Even if your assumption is true, SO FREAKING WHAT?

Tensing got off a clean shot. Using your version of things still indicate some basics.

1.  DuBose started his car.
2. He put it in gear.
3. He was atempting to flee with Tensing in direct contact with the car. (Assualt with a deadly weapon in ANYONE's book.)
4. Tensing was dragged for 3 seconds and 20 feet. (Before during or after he shot DuBose. Who cares and what diffenece does it make to these above mentioned material facts?)
